OmoTrain S provides secure support for the shoulder joint and strongly promotes mobility in order to restore function. During each movement, the compression knit and a removable massage pad with frictional nubs (Delta pad) massage the soft tissue, thereby relieving pain, and activate the musculature that stabilizes the joint. It is simply slipped on using the healthy arm, pulled over the head and arm, and secured in place using the Velcro fastening. Thanks to its direct strap system, the support participates in every movement and is easy to put on and take off. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in pain therapy, for immediate care for injuries, and for protection against further injuries both in everyday activities and in sport. The Bauerfeind OmoTrain Shoulder Support is snug and comfortable. It won't keep your arm from falling out of socket, but it's a good reminder to yourself and the people you work out with that it's still in recovery. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and it stays well out of the way of rolling. I love the support! However, it seems like the glue holding the shoulder strap together is tearing off after 3 months. Since it's out of warranty, Bauerfeind won't fix it. Amazon won't take it back either. So, I guess I'm going to have to glue or stitch it back together myself. Otherwise, I'd give it a 5-star rating.Comfortable material and compression . Unfortunately even the largest size offered cuts underarm. Does not bunch up as much as neopreneMy doctor said this doing what it's supposed to, but not to wear it at home because the pressure is making the blood pool in my lower arm.Even the physical therapist liked this. I keep it as a reminder that I am not a flight attendant, that I am older, and that I am not under any obligation to help a snippy young woman get her 10,000 lb. carry on down from the overhead compartment.Does absolutely nothing to support shoulder - I have no idea how anyone has given this a positive review. Just the mechanics of it would do nothing to keep the shoulder from dislocating or subluxing or provide any support whatsoever. It is just a sleeve for your arm. The strap is superfluous.
