I bought the larger size because I carry everything you can imagine. I had previously looked at the MJ style but it does not have the long strap option which is very important to me. The bag is a good weight canvas so it feels like it will take some wear. The handles appear to be rolled canvas and are firmly attached. They are not very long so not comfortable for shoulder carry (to me anyway). But they are solid and sturdy so I love them for being able to grab the bag getting out of the car or to just use for full control of the bag in crowds and such.. The lettering was solid white and straight (but I carry it with lettering against me on the left). The top is really handy. You can unzip all the way and the flaps will fall down in along the sides and out of your way so it feels like a traditional tote. The tail holder on mine is too low for the zipper tail to tuck but to me it is not a big deal since I tuck the zipper into the bag. The bottom is thick so it doesn't sag. It does pick up some lint but I think after some wear that will stop, again not a big thing to me. The strap is held on by D rings inside the bag and come out in the holes on each side of the bag by zipper. The strap that came was basic black about an inch wide, adjustable webbed material, like a seat belt. It would have done the job, I have no doubt. However, I changed mine out to a guitar strap that I love. It is a real guitar strap black color with Maleficent and her raven Diablo on it and I use gun metal snap rings to attach it. The purse rings are silver but with the black of the purse and the snap rungs they blend right in.I would definitely buy this bag again. I have a large size (extra large would fit length but not width so if you want one to fill it you need slender) Tiffany blue organizer in mine and some pouches. The organizer has a bottle holder ring and I have put my reusable 20 oz water bottle or my leakproof 16 oz coffee cup in with no issue. The water bottle has a straw top on it and I think it may stick up a tad to high to close the zipper over it. But you can certainly zip up to it no issue.i would recommend. such a cute sturdy bag just a little smaller then i though overall i’m still really happy !This dupe to the Marc Jacobs tote bang is very good, well made, super cuteI took it into work today an everyone complemented it! It’s cute af but basic. I suggest scotch guard especially for the white selection. The only thing that is poor about the bag is where the shoulder strap loops are connected. They seem weak and I’m worried after carrying weight they’ll give out. We shall see… cuteness 5stars durability 3 starsI had one like this that I ordered from Romwe, and when I needed to replace it, I was upset to see that they no longer carried it. Luckily, it existed in the Amazon-verse! It’s fun, and if you don’t take yourself too seriously, you need this in your life. And if you do take yourself to seriously, you still need this in your life.
