The brace is as advertised. I had received brace from a different company but had to send back due to improper sizing. This one seemed well built and seemed to fit and perform much better than the other I had received. It is a little bulky and slightly difficult to put on without help. Due to the size and work of putting it on I haven't really used it as much as I had planned. Not sure how much it would have helped with the rotator cuff issues I'm having
